Few years back in time if you went to the gym and built some solid muscle and cut, you were mogging most men.


Have you noticed something recently? I have, my gym is FLOODED from morning to night by normies, nowdays everyone go to fucking gym. You are no longer top% if you just go and train consistently, gym culture is going mainstream more and more people train seriously.

100kg/225lbs bench milestone? Nigga 17 years olds on TikTok are doing that reps, 3 plates are now new milestone.

Now to be standing out like before you need to be blasting roids, to get somewhat big AND be shredded. NATTY’s life is over, every teenager that isn’t complete loser already has nice physique, it’s no longer top %, nowdays you need to get on test and shred to David Laid tier bodyfat to have same uniqueness as natty before.

I wasn’t raised playing competitive sports but going to the gym feels like a sport to me. This motivates me tbh. When I see someone massive I want to emulate that. Im considering Test or roids when I get to a good point natty

I don't see many ripped gymcel men - its still only around 8% of men that look like they lift constantly through the year. I live in north Cambridgeshire county UK. But foids and Zommers are exposed to gymaxxed Chads on their feeds daily it seems "everybody is doing it".

But yeah i'm Gen X so pre internet. The only time you'd see ideal male physiques in the 1990's was in bodybuilding magazines or the occasional TV film/show where a guy took his shirt off, or just Arnie and Sly.

I remember when guys in the late 90's were in awe of Charles Bronson = 5'8 1/2 and no more than 163lbs. Today he'd been seen as an average gymcel, nothing exceptional.

I do lol. Plus my bench hovers around mid 400s to 515lbs depending on where im maintaining physiques. I literally do sets of 15-20 with 315 on my bench and i checked my max last week w my ohp. I usually do sets of 225 x 13 or so as it is and people look at me as if im some sort of gym god when i do it lul

Forum users need to leave their basements and stop thinking that tiktok and instagram is real life - social media is curated to show you the best of the best. I rarely see anyone at my gym rep 225; I'm the only one who does.

I live in the tallest part of the tallest country in the world, the gyms have been absolutely packed for two years or so and I still hardly ever see anyone that looks like they lift.

Gym culture is only going mainstream if mainstream means going to the gym once every two weeks with no diet plan no progressive overload no bitches no nothing. In fact people are getting fatter and more estrógenic by the day.

Most people i see are repping 60-80kg, bigger boys do 90-100kg for reps

I got some guys in my gym that are decently buffed and cut (they wear tanktops) but most people don’t have any muscle definition tbh

Even more motivation to keep roiding and hop on anavar and cut to get shredddified and then wait next year and blast T again

Atm I’m 7kg body weight up, added 7.5kg to bench (for reps) maybe 10kg next Saturday

People tel me I have noticeably bigger legs arms and chest is popping

Week 9 out of 15 so I still have like 6 weeks before me, I’ll probably add another 3kg

Eating 3300-4000kcal a day with 200g+ protein

I don't judge them by fitness standards, these guys just don't look athletic at all, they don't look like they even exercise.
