Aggressive cut for 1-2 months, prioritize protein and etc, and then lean bulk once your 10% body fat.

So simple, and you won’t stunt your growth. If anything you’ll promote it JFL. Also drink raw milk and eat raw meat. If you want. Your choice. Do everything I said in the above section though.

Just go animal based/carnivore. Stuning growth has 0 to do w ‘calories’. Oxalate rich foods stunt your growth. Sugar just makes u gain fat

How are you down 25 in a month?
did 1500 calories a day + 30 mins of incline treadmill every single day. I fucked up this month tho and kind of just went willy nilly and maintained my weight. Finishing the cut now tho

spammed protein bars and protein chips like there was no tomorrow lmao. And realgood chicken I ate a lot of that with hot sauce. Or chicken breast and siracha. so fucking unhealthy but whatever I lost the weight I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m finishing the cut on an animal based diet
