no, it's not good for getting fuckingklean i look bbetter at 192lbs than i did 149 skinnyfat

If your caloric deficit is too big, you'll lose too much muscle and you'll end up looking skinny fat, that's why it doesn't work.

Just count calories and stay in a 300 calorie deficit until you hit your goal

Dont starve max. Just eat in a moderate calorie deficit
The faster you lose weight, the faster you gain it back. There is a huge correlation there sadly

Make dietary changes that you could stick to for the rest of your life

Could I do high protein low carb 1,500 Calorie diet, or is this too extreme?

That question is flawed because to do any type of calories you first need to know your maintenance. Everything starts from there.

Im currently cutting at 1800 calories a day, I started with 1900

No it's not legit because you will rebound twice as hard. No extreme diet ever works. Ever. You need to make small changes you can stick with over long periods of time.

Track your calories. Find the number of calories it takes for you to stay at your weight
Start with a maintenance calculator and then adjust from there. It will likely be withing a 500 calorie range from an maintenance calculator
