whats a better split for the gym? ppl r repeat or ppl ppl r repeat

both shit and get you 2x or less frequency per week which is low seeing as you will be in gym 5-6x a week, opt for a 2 day split like upper lower or anterior posterior since you will get 2x freq for gymming 2 days or 3x freq for gymming 6 days, most optimal would be fullbody 3x/week or fullbody every other day, 3-3.5x frequency.

so would ul r ul rr be good?
 
i do PPLRULR repeat n saw pretty good results. if u wanna just spam PPL then take the rest day between them tho
 
fb or fbeod is these are the best splits if u natty

Im gonna try this one out but im gonna start of by doing 1 set for each exercise and then maybe increase if I can recover more

I do two (working) sets and manage to recover fine enough. It's up to personal preference, if you really want to do one set make sure you do it with real intensity.

Anterior posterior Jew split
 
PP rest would work, train legs once every 1,5 weeks and you are good to go.
