Whats a good cumulative dose per kg of bw for isotret?

Typical dosages range from 100-120 mg per kg but would upping it to 150-170 be beneficial in order for the acne to not return? Or maybe would it be better to permanently microdose after?

Overrated, 150mg then topical retinoids ed post treatment is the best protocol.
