What's a MLTN out of 10 + out of 8?

I am a MLTN. I don't understand the ratings, to be honest. Not the terms, I'm pretty sure it goes subhuman, ltn, mtn, htn, chadlite, chad, true Adam. I just don't understand the numbers.

If there's a thread or a post that talks about this that you can link, then please link it. It would help.

And yes, I am a "grey". I'm still learning.

That's not how the system was setup, the average is inbetween hltn and lmtn for zoomers.

Just because it says mid in the name doesn't mean its the medium/average

But it would still be the 5/10

A country with a high obesity rate could have a average score of 4.5/10 for example

Agreed, it changes depending on region, hltn would be average in asian & african countries, whereas lmtn would be the average in europe or western countries
