Whats better option for me. I'm NW2 at the moment, I don't want to jump into taking drugs at an early age because Im only 22. So I'm thinking its going to take 10 to 15 years until I'm NW4 and by that time I can always travel to turkey for a hair transplant and it will only cost me $3000 and theres no drama or side effect. But if I start taking fina+minoxdil now who knows what will happen to my hormones. What will you guys do?

You have to take fin either way

The hairs that are not transplanted will fall out. And you have a limited amount of hair follicles for hair transplant.

Start fin now or you will regret it

Preserving your grafts is of the utmost importance. Don't dillydaddle around thinking you can just get a hair transplant later no matter what. Hair is like skin: it's much easier to maintain it, than it is to try to fix it once it's shit.

do you think minoxidil should be enough to maintain?

Fin should at the very least significantly slow down any hair loss you may have.

NW2 doesnt look good, Just get a conservative HT with a good surgeon to bring you up to like NW1.5 and take it from there. Maintain with Fin, RU or Topical Fin, just see which one affects you the least.

Make sure the surgeon uses microscopes and ask him how he will create a natural hairline.
(Should be a few layers of Single hairs with multihair grafts in the back for density).

HT's aren't miracles and they require good craftsmanship just like any surgery.
