A lot of Bimax spammers but price and risk are there, if you had the chance would you have option 1 a Bimax or option 2 for a similar price jaw implant, genio and rhino, I feel option 2 would ascend way more than a Bimax, especially for Ltn or mtn, sub 5 maybe Bimax might be better. Also Bimax results seem relatively small difference for average ppl.

option 2 fs don't get bimax unless ur sub 5

Actual candidates of bimax benefit alot from it.

It just depends on everyone's case

Here is a photo of me original and a photo of morph of option2 (rhino, genio, jaw implant) what do you guys think worth it more than Bimax

Realistically only people with severe sfs ascend a huge amount from bimax, most candidates can get similar result from just one aggressive genioplasty. I have mild sfs hence why I chose a mini wing genio over bimax.

Why is it not letting me post photos
Here are the photos let me know this is morph of rhino, genio and jaw angle what do you guys think

You have a short mandible, I would suggest getting jaw angles implants that also extend posteriorly
I had kinda similar situation (not as bad though) plus I wanted 5/7 ramus to mandible ratio, basically I discovered this forum when was designing the implant and wanted to get all ratios perfectly
This is what I got:

You can also get chin wing, saw many good results with it

If you have functional issues, get bimax. Else dont get bimax because of price and risk. Thats the simple answer.

Yh noticed it hoping to kinda go aggressive on genio and lengthen then jawline, what we think the rating gonna go to after hard maxing

My upper and lower jaws are set back, but I don't have any malocclusion. My bite is quite normal and problem-free, but I have aesthetic concerns. I have mild sleep apnea, and I hope I can get a diagnosis. Double chin surgeries are very expensive.I don't know what to do. I hope my family will help me with money for this surgery.

I mean if bite is good and only slightly recessed you will not see big diffrences, but it will be a year in recovery and braces, and a big cost. I wouldnt say its a optimal route for lookmaxxing and the risk of botch is kinda high with bimax even if people dont say so because the ones who are botched are usually silent. But it can be worth still

I think my jaw is quite far back, my mandible is small and almost attached to my throat, I have a bird-like face.

I mean bimax only fixes side profile, which is why its kinda bad if you have more failos that will increase front which actually matter more and is cheaper to fix. Esp if money is limited. And also time

What do you think of my original photo vs morph is it realistic or too unrealistic
