I have a well developed maxilla and mandible as well as good facial harmony and appeal but I am aware I have a short time span for improvement because I'm 17 turning 18 in 4 months and I'm extremely insecure about my height and want a few mm of forward growth in the maxilla to achieve elite bone structure, my height is 5'10 and I know its not the end of the world but its not enough, I've focused on maximum hormone production so far through regularly sleeping in sync with the circadian rhythm and eating extremely anabolic high protein/nutrient dense foods while avoiding seed oils, sodium, sugar and carbs and any other food containing hormone disrupters, finally getting consistent exercise is the factor I apply but lack the most, i enjoy going outside and getting the sunlight and sweating while riding my bike or running but I struggle with consistent lifting routines, if their is anyone on here with any other actually advice for increasing my height, mass or maxillary growth it would be in everyone's interest.

nothing worthwhile can be done dont waste ur money and time

mandible theoretically can grow up to 25, so as clavicules

growth is very situational but in most cases its already closed, go get a xray

super invasive surgery that would destroy my facial appeal, people die from it even a LaFort1 would probably look uncanny,
