Ik zou zeggen dat ik op een <250 calories per dag heb overleefd de eerste 9 weken. De eerste 4 weken ging ik ook een aantal dagen drinkvasten, waarbij ik niks at en alleen dronk. En dan niet zo veel. Een volle slokje om de zoveel uur bijvoorbeeld. Elke dag wel een cheat dag gehad na de eerste maand, of tijdens de eerste maand al. Weet ik niet zeker. Na die hele cheat week van een week of twee geleden heb ik het niet meer zo strikt gedaan als eerst. En in jouw geval, je maakt tenminste progressie. Houd het vol! Komt goed met je. Mijn broer probeert al jarenlang af te vallen maar hij verpest het altijd. Ik zeg altijd tegen hem “Jij gaat nooit kunnen afvallen.” Klinkt bot, maar het is de waarheid. Hij kapt altijd af. Echt zonde.
