Honestly the ideal is the lowest level a natty guy can cruise all year round (with carnivore diet for example), like 10%.
From my personal observations even a single percentage minus can have difference at that level. My jawline gets significantly more chiselled when I am near single digit BF, but this may depend on your fat storage genetics I guess.
The only downside of going super lean is you might look small / DYEL in clothes, but that is more of a frame(clavicle)cel problem.
They like him becase of his face, not his body jfl. Momoa’s body is far from ideal (giant waist with small arms).
