I work out 4-6 times a week(gym + sports).
I want to stay relatively lean and put on some more muscle(15% bf 80kg at 183cm right now).
Big plus if the diet helps preserve collagen and youthful looks.

Eat liver and heart every second day, it's one of the most healthy foods, raw milk, beef, 10 eggs, and you will end up looking like this bhai

Diet seems like the topic which causes the most controversy but also has the least impact. There are athletes on just about every diet. There are centenarians on just about every diet. Do whatever works for you.

Any diet without lots of processed foods, transfats, sugar etc will be good.

80-90% plant based diet is the answer.

The 6'7" and 6'8" guys are the forum's herbivores. I wonder why.

Brontosaurus theory. You guys can reach the leaves. Little curry manlets are like velociraptors. They have to eat meat because with their little arms they can't climb trees.

Damn I try to stick to a pescatarian diet, lots of vegs and some fruit, some eggs and fish on occasion. I think that's the best diet for collagen and anti-aging.

It's really simple man. Eat clen. Tren hard. Dbolish your goals. Test your limits to winnie it all anavar give up and you'll look like an ifbb pro in a year.

Is it possible to make a lot of muscle gain on a vegan diet. Mostly fruits and vegetables or you need meat for muscle mass. I was thinking of cutting down to 160 and then start lifting while detoxing

Yes you can but it is harder and you need more protein due to the lower quality of plant based protein. I think you need about 20% more, so if you need 100g, ingest 120g.
