Genetics determines what your potential is when you looksmax fully. Environment is whether or not you will reach your full potential or whether or not you will be forced to softmax. E.g., recessed jaw from mouth breathing.

All of the above

Genetic makeup is the most important. What I mean to say is if you compare a guy at the 90th percentile for looks (white chad) and a guy at the 10th percentile for looks (short Indian guy with recessed jaws). Nearly all of the variation would be explained by genetic differences and not environmental.

50/50
one can't do well without the other.

Genetics determine your bone potential. Pre-natal conditions also have an effect on said potential (I.E. if you have a lot of pre-natal test both pre and post birth for the first 2 years of your life, it will effect dimorphism). However, a horrible environment consisting of mouthbreathing and weak chewing can cuck even the best genetics. People understate how much habits affect bone growth when your bones are so malleable pre-puberty.
