Average width+good height vs Good width average height I do think they are both as good
It depends on issue, if you are having small jaw in general its really bad, then extensive surgeries needed AND maybe implants too. If your jaw just positioned bad then its simple fix, maybe smaller but significant surgery if airway isnt blocked, just need to put that shit out to front and rotate.

if you made the second guys lips as thick as meeks they would be almost the same
but the reason im saying width is less important than height is because width can be fixed way easier than height
