Probably between 12 and 14 percent. You should start lifting and keep eating at maintenance calories with at least .85g of protein per pound of body weight. You could see some decent gains over the next year without adding body fat.
 
I leaned down 10+kilos while going to the gym and running and i look like right now like you will do in 10 months (with luck), and im about to start bulking from 10-15% bodyfat.
