14-15%, I would guess. Focus on getting muscle.

You're not 15% bodyfat, more like 17-18. You just like muscle mass overall. Being skinny doesn't make you lean. I had more abs than you at 22% bodyfat.

Get in the gym.

15 is a good guess, it might even be slightly higher. Having little muscle mass tends to make bf% higher than it looks since muscle is denser tissue.
