yea i’ve heard that before ik two main things i need to worry ab are leaning out and my coloring im just wondering what else is holding me back from ascending, my bone mass is actually pretty good but my face fat is just to much.

yea i usually have a goatee but it just doesn’t look right to me and just makes my face look dirty really so i keep shaving it off
