Ye, the only thing is during lunch I eat at school so I bring one think protein bar, 130 cals of sweet potato chips (no artifical stuff), and a sandwhich which has the low cal english muffins and between it is turkey breast and some pepperonni. thats only what I eat during lunch, for breakfast I eat two eggs with peppers and onions. and for dinner I eat 5 pieces of chicken breast, one half sweet potato, broccolli, and also half avocadoBased on your diet you are malnourished rn
