Whats the best calorie deficit?

Currently doing a 500 deficit, but in puberty (17) should i lower? Increase it? Im eating like 2300 calories, and getting all my macro and almost all my micronutrients.

Depends on groeth plates, if they r open then i wouldnt really do a deficit or just a 200 kcal deficit. If u are overweight then for sure do a deficit of 300 kcal.

I dont know your bf % but a very high deficit like 1000 can work for rapid fat loss (for example losing around 8 kg of fat faster just 2 months) but if you are heavily obese it actually makes more sense to use a smaller deficit to protect your health and maintain lean mass while losing fat more sustainably

I cant see my abs, but im have like almost flat abdomen, i can see veins in my forearms when i train, so i would say around 20%.
