Milk , meat and eggs and take a vitamin d3 supplement it help to absorb calcium

diets cope. doesn’t mean u should eat like shit 24/7 still eat good foods when you can but getting on a strict diet isn’t gonna change ur bone structure and make u look 10x better. only a small difference that most won’t even be able to tell

It's not cope at all, unless u are referring to if you suddenly decide to hop on a better diet in your late teens or later after years of a garbage diet which in this case I agree. Although @enchanted_elixir mentioned before in a thread I believe if there's a sudden increase in protein intake (from the right source), this could explain "revamping" height growth
