Whats the best egg mixture for washing your hair

Wo we've all seen it, washing your hair with eggs. I have done it myself aswel but, my question is : what's the best mixture you can use to wash your hair.

Many people use just eggs. Some use egg yolk, raw honey, raw milk and apple cider vinegar. Some with olive oil etc.

What are yall doing and is there also some studies about them
