I'm 5'6" 145 lbs. I had ballooned up to 168.2 lbs in February. And lost 23 lbs. But I wasn't vigilant with lifting while cutting calories. So I have a skinnyfat physique. Including some visceral fat.
I'm doing crunches to work my core muscles to try to get abs. And I'm doing other lifting with my dumb bells (shoulder press, dumb bell halos, bicep curls, wrist curls, sometimes hammer curls as an alternative to the bicep curls) to try to increase my muscle mass % and decrease my body fat %. I plan on maintaining my current weight.
