Eat relatively lean meats (chicken, fish/canned tuna, beef, pork, lamb, etc.), but have a bowl of vegetable stew with your protein. The bulky fiber will make you feel like you ate a house, and you'll feel full for many hours, even though you only consumed a couple hundred calories. It's the best dietary hack I've ever found to stave off hunger.

I boil broccoli, carrots, onions, cauliflower, zucchini and chunks of ripe tomato, along with half a vegetable boullion cube, a few tablespoons of olive oil, and freshly ground pepper. Adjust the ingredients to suit your taste.

Alternatively, you can use other vegetables, like spinach, kale, baked sweet potatoes, etc., but the stew I described above satiates me the longest.

The only problem you may have doing this is that you'll eat too little because you'll feel full for so long. But be careful. Going too long without calories and protein will cause you to just lose weight (skinny-fat), not get lean.

About 2,200 calories a day, with about 120-150 grams of protein. You should lose about 1-1.5lbs of fat a week. I would divide these calories into at least 2 meals, if not 3. Divide the rest of the calories between fat and carbs.

Chicken, brocolli, brown rice, eggs (liquid egg whites are a great protein source) asparagus, carrots, and thatโ€™s it. Thatโ€™s really all you need. Just eat those things everyday and nothing else and I donโ€™t see how you could possibly get fat.

Just make sure the chicken is just regular chicken breast with some seasoning donโ€™t fry it like some KFC or something.

Donโ€™t do that because the effects are starvation are a lot worse for your body than you being a little chubby. Itโ€™s never the solution to starve yourself. Eat just the foods I told you about at a caloric deficit.

If you want to go extreme you can do a mix of intermittent fasting + the keto diet (obviously just cut out the brown rice from the list I gave you above) for around 2 months or so and youโ€™ll see significant improvements in your body.

Just do not starve yourself. Starving for a week wonโ€™t make a long term difference anyway youโ€™ll just look depleted but youโ€™ll gain back the weight when you stop starving because youโ€™re gonna continue eating the way you are already.

The best way to lose weight is with a caloric deficit over time + less carbs and unhealthy fats + more protein. Remember losing weight isnโ€™t the goal here you want to just lose fat.

No, you will barely lose anything and will quickly gain it back. You will also mainly lose muscle and water weight, barely any fat.

Yes, but you'll also lose a ton of muscle. It's best to reduce your calorie intake by about 500 a day. You'll lose fat and preserve muscle this way (assuming your macros are right).
