Should i train push pull legs ??


Also should i train high intensity with low volume or low intensity with high volume ?? Whos the best for not increasing cortisol

You can't know this without experimenting. You've gotta find what your own recovery abilities and volume landmarks are.

I'd say start off doing some sort of a full body 3x a week routine, and if you like that then move to 4x a week after maybe 6-12 months and so on.

Try the 3d a week muscle building program and start on the lower end of the set ranges

just workout and be consistent do whatever you like machines free weights

don’t overthink this shit man there is no point. i didn’t get any extra gains from finding the “perfect split” and using the perfect machines with perfect form. just do what you enjoy doing and prioritize shoulders especially ur lateral delts

full-body thrice a week
 
4 times a week and cardio 6 times a week like me 💪
