What’s the best kind of mouth tape?

I’ve been hard stuck as a mouth breather ever since I had cancer so now I have to reverse it but I know some tapes are genuine piles of shit that feed you microplastics. Does anyone have recommendations?

I would use something like this, medical-grade, gentle on the skin, and cheap.
