What's the best "kind" of Zinc for heightmaxxing

Hello. I've just realized there is more than one zinc, which one is the best for my grow taller journey?


- Zinc oxide
- Zinc lactate
- Zinc citrate

And I take multivitamin capsules that already has Zinc oxide for 15MG and planning to get individual zinc supplement for 50mg x 3 times a day as zinc citrate and oxide, is it safe to take both?
