Whats the best maxilla expander?

Im meeting with an orthodontic clinic om monday, should i ask for MSE of Sarpe or marpe och whatever the fuck they are called. Tell me which ones are the best.

But wait i just looked it up and fme sits on the teeth and not inside the sutures. How can the maxilla and not just the pallate be widened then? Because in mse then make a cut in the suture and place it inside so the maxilla and not just the pallate can expand

Looks like someones mother doesnt love him so he has so be hatefull in everyway i knowwhat MSE and marpe is but not FME or the other options. But again, get a life and be happy
