I’m currently 5’11, 15 years old, and I weigh about 140 pounds with an estimated body fat of 16-17%, I started working out 178 days ago on September 1st and it’s been well however for muscle gain I’ve only begun to see results recently because from September to January i aggressively cut down from 185 pounds and fat to 150 so because I wasn’t eating much I wasn’t seeing a lot of results in the gym besides losing fat. Can someone please list out what my Daily Caloric intake, fat Intake, and protein intake should be a day for me to Gain a good amount of muscle from now until June without gaining a significant amount of fat. For more info I workout 6x per week and I get very good sleep and my diet is very clean and I usually exceed my protein intake but struggle with getting calories up, I also don’t eat added sugars and I love potassium.
Let me know what my Fat intake, Caloric intake, and protein intake should be for my goals.
