I speed run to 8mg in 3 weeks. But I was switching from 12.5mg of trizs. It hasnt caused any issues so far, i'll keep increasing 1mg a week until i have issues or im at 12mgs.

Also been taking 2 does a week ie 4mg twice a week. I believe the halflife or reta is slightly lower, and this will obvi improve smothing of the effect and side effects.
