3 months after my first 10mg Reta cycle lost 20ish lbs from 164, now hopping on again.
Id estimate myself to be at about 17-19% bodyfat as of now.
I got much more vascular but my fat distribution is kinda ass. Managed to maintain my weight from my last cycle as well.
About to buy another 10mg vial but I'm still confused on what dosing I should do since I micro-dosed by 0.5mg for about 8 weeks till my vial ran out.
it was good, manageable appetite supression until week 4, still got stronger on my lifts but I lost alot of muscle mass (didnt eat much).
I had some bad side effects such as vomiting and really bad appetite and fatigue on my 4th week of my second dose of 1mg. (dosage was .5,.5,1,1,1.5,1.5...)
Though I've seen comments on other posts that it's recommended to jump to 2mg so should I just say fuck it buy the 20mg vial and dose 2,2,3,3,4,4... and risk the side effects I had before?
