Whats the best split if you are on gear?

I used to do bro split but then I heard its only on gear so ive been doing PPLPPLrest past year.

Soon ill hop on test and primo should i switch back to bro split i heard it gives better gains than PPL.

upper lower is best for gear ppl for natty but tbh if you are on gear any split works

but ppl is good because of frequency and you recover faster on gear
