It you're on a different OS than android, look for foss alternative for that specific OS

yt-dlp. Although you need a phd to use it with all the features. But what I do is I use an ai and I say like I want this video with such quality for video and such for audio and subtitles included or whatever. And then it gives me the command for yt-dlp and it works really well.
