What’s the best vitamin c serum out there?

I want to buy it but there is a lot of good brands and different percentages like 15% vit c and some are 25% and some have vitamin but people don’t recommend it any good brand?

Doesn't make a difference. Go for the one they offer on owndoc.com in dermarolling section
AS LONG AS YOU MIX IT YOURSELF. vit c (ascorbic acid) is highly unstable and you're wasting your money if you go for anything other than powder form. Then you add water yourself
