What's the best way to fix a (probably dental) bimaxillary protrusion?

i have a bimaxillary protrusion and the reason i think it's dental (i forgot to ask my ortho) is because he said to fix it were to be purely cosmetic. Im trying to find the best way to fix my bimax ?
