why is ppl garbage and how is full body better also i am supposed to do full body 3 times a week rightPPL is garbage, full body each group one exercise to failure. If you have the time try two sets and if you're training intensely the maximum is three. German Volume Training is also good if you're starting. Failure training is more advanced.
