whats the best way to stop nicotine addiction

ive been taking pouches for 4-5 months now because i quit smoking, now its time to stop snus aswell. going cold turkey is basically impossible since my body is used to atleast 300mg a day. any ideas?

Its extremly hard to quit. nicotine is the hardest stimulant to quit
