shoulders and chest are most important for frame back is also good but not as important

for chest:
bench and include incline for upper
flies

for shoulders:
spam lat raises to failure (focus on lateral delts for horizontal width)
for front delts you can do overhead press or front raises

for both, pushups

for back:
traps - shrugs
rear delts - reverse flies
lats - rows

overall: pullups (narrow grip targets more lats and wider targets more upper)

low volume high intensity, rest days should be taken 1:1 with work days for naturals.
