I have a narrow mandible and so does my brother. Difference is my brother has a tall ramus, square chin, and I have a short ramus and narrow chin. He dimorphism mogs me so hard and looks 10x more masculine than me

he also has hollow cheeks in good lighting although he has a narrow mandible and neutral gonions
