What is stopping maxillofacial surgeons and plastic surgeons to turn us into Dom Chads? I mean we have all ratios figured out and know about dimorphism and health indicators, right?

Why do MOST Silicon Implants not achieve this bone tier? I mean it should be possible just a few mm or cm here and there.

Why can we 3D print a Chad Skull but Not create it in real life?

-Soft tissue: Skin and muscle

When you do implant to mimic chad bone structure u don't know how soft tissue will adapt, the soft tissu has adapted to your subhuman hard tissu for year and you have much more than just bone there is muscle shape, ligament etc

But chad is born with the hard tissu so his soft tissu has adapted since his birth

U will not see people turning their shit eye area into tayler maher eye just with infra and supra

What about 3D printing bones AND subsequently skin & muscle ONTO your skull and face? Certainly an appropriate Material does exist.

So the bottle-neck isn't making your skull dom-chad. But making your soft-tissue look good on a chad-skull?
I thought risk of permanent nerve damage was another main issue since Lefort3 is basically never done because of this.

What major advancements would be needed for me or you to walk into a plastic surgery office, get everything arranged and end up looking like this:

I think the list of issues is immense. We can't even undo facial aging damage, sagging skin, etc. properly. Or millionaires would be looking way better at older age.
