Whats he cause? I had a lean face every often like 1 year ago, im 28 yo and right now my face looks permabloated, i drinked coffee a while ago, but right now i stoped drinking it, is reducing the amount of IOis i get (women smiling and staring at me) i go from heartrobb to incel with bloating, right now my face is bloated all the time

I dunno bout permabloat but water fasting plus only black coffee give me hollow cheecks in good Lighting even at 30% bodyfat
