What's the chance of a doctor give me jaw surgery if my occlusion is fine?

I did a orthodontic treatment during childhood to fix my bite. Elastics messed up with my upper maxilla and now it's flat and grown downwards.

Depends on the surgeon, if he does it also for aesthetics reasons or not

Chance is very low if the surgeon isn't blackpilled. Lefort 1 won't help your upper maxilla btw.
