I started to use activated charcoal + 5% hydrogen peroxide along with my regular toothpaste this summer and it has given me fairly good results so far considering how dirt cheap it is

Getting it done by a dentist is by far the best, however using hydrogen peroxide sold at pharmacies (3-5%) over a long period of time is somewhat legitimate in my personal experience (dentists also use hydrogen peroxide but 30-35%)
Coconut milk pulling or other methods are pure cope though
I have no experience with whitening strips
