Idustrial society did this to you. You have no purpose. If you returned to monke your purpose would become clear. Eat and dont be eaten. Every tiger you escape is a high every game you kill and bring home to eat is a high. There is no high in stacking boxes or pushing paper or neeting.

There's not much else

Haven't tried therapy or medication, so can't comment

Having a tight social circle should also help but I'm a loner (past few years)
