What’s the difference between getting a genioplasty vs chin implants?

ones an osteotomy and offers more chin projection and the other is in the form of an implant whether peek silicone etc. offers chin projection as well but if ur heavily recessed i reccomend genio they can slide it forward make it wider and taller etc.
