Whats the point of bigonial witdh if gonions are part of jaw?
for aesthetic purposes you can essentially just take the jaw width as the bigonial width to calculate your ratio. people arent going to only see the width of your mandible bone since its covered by a thick masseter muscle and fat unlike the bizygomatic width.

bigonial width is the bone measurement between your two gonions. jaw width is the width of your mandible bone + soft tissue (masseter muscle, fat etc).
