whats the difference between these 2 physiques and how to achieve each of them?

2nd is 10kg heavier
for the first one you need to gain a bit of muscle, but you mainly need to bean lean (looks like 10-11%, but with "low" muscle mass)
for the second one, you can be a bit more fat 12-13% but also need to have a lot more muscle mass
1rst one you can achieve faster but don't look as good as 2nd one
and you also will never look like either of them cuz you genetics are unique and your physique will have its own vibe

i see, also right now im skinny fat 22% bodyfat, i started going to the gym, 150min cardio a week, eating 1.8g of protein per kg and im on 500calorie deficit. should i keep doing what im doing or should i go on a bulk? i want a decent body but lean face, like andrew.

but yeah get lean first, around 15%bf or lower if you feel good, because you're a beginner you will build muscle at the same time.
Then you can bulk slowly (around 300 cal surplus/day)
it is easier to build muscle as you're aroung 14-18%bf, some people can go higher of course because fat makes your test lower
and mostly you'll enjoy the process way more if you already look good and keep looking better. When you bulk you look bad but big untill you cut, it can be demotivating.

Train hard and lean down, when reaching desired fat, go on a slight surplus/lean bulk

its the guy on the pics, im tryna get to 10-12 tbh, i just want that lean face, yesterday when doing cardio i could see my zygos popping. Im just scared ill look like a twink with no muscles. I used to workout 4-5 years ago for around 5-6 months so i think the muscle memory thing will have an impact and help me build muscle faster

5-6 month 4-5 years ago won't do much
even as a beginner no problem
how old are you ?
if being small and lean for a few month is not possible, then eat at maintenance and keep doing what you're doing, you'll slowly lose fat and build muscle if you don't have hormone deficiencies and are young enough

dont think im that old, just turned 20 3 weeks ago

thanks bruda, also lastly can i eat whatever i want as long as i track my calories and eat enough protein?
ffor physique only, kind of it won't be the most efficient but it can work
but for health, skin, longevity, colouring, etc... No
