Use those dumbbells for progressive overload with perfect form. Prioritize goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts, floor presses, rows, and split squats. Increase reps, then sets, then tempo. Strength grows when mechanics are solid and rest is consistent. Eat enough, sleep 8–9 hours, track your lifts.
