shower with hot water or get direct sun exposure, if you have a heater, turn it on on a small space (vent the air every 10/15 minutes to not die of ozone and co2 asphyxiation)

If you wrap yourself in plastic wrap and stand in the sun you’ll sweat a fair amount; I usually just wrap the torso though because it’s the easiest way to cover a lot of skin
