I’m currently 13, I know getting too lean can fuck up my HgH and lead to me being a manlet , I’m wondering what the ideal Body fat percentage is, I’m currently 5’8 and I’m not too sure abt my weight, I have shitty genes but I’m trying to make the best of it jfl
