im currently around 6-7% body fat and my friends grandma unironically asked me if i had cancer and whether i was going through chemotherapy
thats how unhealthy i look

so im wondering, whats the most "aesthetic" body fat percentage to be
should i bulk up to 10 or 12%??

It’s different for everyone but generally 10%, maybe 15% if you have a very narrow face. 6% is gaunt

Motherfkers will be dangerously close to death from how undernourished they are and then wonder why their dick is tiny or their testosterone is low. Stop roleplaying as a starving ethiopian child and eat something what the actual fuck. 125lbs at 5’11:lul:

How did you measure it? Any photos? 12% is healthy and sustainable for the most of men, 10% would require significantly more effort, lower and you are at risk for hormonal problems, fatigue and other unpleasant effects, depending on genetics. Also, facial improvement may be offset by worse eye area at that point.

8% body fat yes but not 125lbs

yes you definitely should gain weight because your health is at risk if you weigh that little

If you have flat bones or low set cheekbones than ideally below 12%

You need to add muscle. You probably look like Christian bale in The Machinist rn. Seriously wtf. That’s a good Bodyfat percent to have but at that height you should weigh at least 160.

body calipers and my gym has this machine which can measure your body fat percentage
both methods put me around 6-7% bodyfat

8-12% depending on bodyfat distribution and facial fat deposits

The ideal is anywhere from 8-12% body fat and is where facial aesthetics is optimized in men.

Depends on frame and bones, but it's between 12 and 16%

11-12%. Or at least you can see all abs and vey vascular

Depends on height and frame but I think 10% looks almost good on all height and frame varieties.

Depends. If you have really nice soft features its like 14-17
If not go to like 9

@Stopping@Nothing19 no study, no information, no anecdotal stories right? it depends.

Probably 12-15%, maybe around 10-12% if you train and have been lean for most of your life.
